1. How does hand pricing system work?
We work off of open listings reports downloaded
from Amazon.com®. We load these files into Seller Engine®
and hand price books using guidelines specified by the
customer. The pricing happens while you sleep, and you can post
it the next morning after you briefly review it.
2.What kind of customer services are we offering? How will it help you?
We take care all those "Where's my product?" online customer service e-mails and other related services like cancellations, refunds etc
A good sale reflects good customer service i.e. mails getting replied within 24 hours or even sooner. This further credits the reputation of the seller and while we are taking care of all these customer needs , the seller can have more time to focus on doing what it does best..i.e. selling!
3.What are the various customer software applications that we have created? How will it benefit you?
Our software development wing can help you integrate your different applications with vendors, market places, auctions, price comparison engines, affiliate programs etc. We have done integration work with Fillz, uBid, UPS, DHL, Authorize.net, Paypal, Link Point, Yourpay, BuyMusicHere and several other services.
Let us help you in increasing revenue, reducing costs, improving efficiency and raising customer satisfaction levels.
